I'm not one to show off a bunch of my trophies mounted in my house but this is the first pedestal mount I've had done and I must say, wow, very beautiful. I use Legends taxidermy in Scottville Michigan and Jamie and his crew just don't disappoint.

Thought I'd post for you all viewing enjoyment, as well as reference for your future works. I couldn't find many pics of anything like this with these two animals.

Those are 2 nice animals and a nice double floor pedestal mount.

Really like this-

Outstanding artwork! Of all of my mounts I would have to say the double stack mount of my Chobe bushbuck and nyala is my favorite.
Well done on the quality of the animals and the taxidermy.

I'm glad you showed this off! I contemplated this kind of set up but I worried about damage during the shipping. Any problems, issues or additional shipping costs?

Thanks for the compliments fellas.

"coreydb"---no problems at all. In fact, I have worked with Legends quite a bit, nearly everything in my house came from their shop. I live about 1.5 hour south of them so they chare me a nominal feel to haul everything they do for me down here by trailer and deliver it in my house. One time Jamie even delivered it himself and we spent dang near 2 hours shooting the breeze and helping me put stuff up.

Beautiful mount. I don’t think I’ve ever seen and sable and nyala done like that together. Very impressive. Thanks for sharing.

Very nicely done. Both are great trophies.

Like others, I was curious how it arrived at your house in such great shape. Door-Dash Taxidermy, what will they think of next? ;)

Two nice bulls! Looks great. Good wall color also. Hutch

Very nice animals and impressive taxidermy. A sable and Nyala are on the list for my next safari. Curious how tall it is overall?

Very nice. I have a euro mount sable now, and a pedestal mount on the way - I hope it turns out as nice as yours.

Always wondered how they balance those mounts.

Beautiful mount and a definate space saver!

Very tastefully done. I think it is phenomenal!

Very nice work.

Thank you for posting! This is beautiful. Kudos to your taxidermist. Fantastic combination.

Hi PaulB,
I have a Ballard Arms Model 1885 chambered for .333 Jeffery Flanged. Do you have any idea where I can get ammo for this?

I am new to this forum so I am sorry if I am doing something wrong!
Thank You!
