My New Sako 85 Bavarian!

I have no doubt that it will, can you tell me where you found the rifle case?
The case came with the rifle. It is a Negrini case and has the Sako logo embossed on it and also has a Sako branded protective sleeve that came with it.

I don't know if I would take it on an airplane, but it is a nice option between a Pelican case and a soft case. I would use it for road trips to cut down on bulk from the Pelican

It looks pretty cool, I am a bit jealous

Beautiful! Congrats!

I have a similar .308 one in the Stutzen variation :)

I thought it was a nice little add on having the Sako logo on the case. Here is another version I have seen people have

Any idea of what model number it is? I think I’ve figured it out bust just curious.

Also, only men of serious intellect, swagger, refinement, breeding and sense of humor can shoot a Bavarian style stock. Not that I am biased in any way.

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.
