on a lighter note...

As legend has it, a man and his wife walked down the street in a small town in Zambi checking out the the local attractions. The sign above the door of the small building at which they studied read "Fortune Teller - Mind Reader - Psychic". As they read the sign, the door flew off the hinges as the apparent "mind reader" burst out of the building screaming in terror and fled into the distance as her crystal ball thudded to a halt in the street. Passers-by looked around and at each other in bewilderment until they saw the reason for her flight emerge from the open doorway.
It was @spike.t , sauntering out with a chuckle and crossing off another one on his note pad.
Some minds are just not meant to be probed.

You gotta get your ass out here :E Rofl: :D Beers:

Not pool tables, but billiard/snooker tables.

Americans, where we misuse every British word we come in contact with. Billiards and pool are not the same thing...except here.

Other examples:

Pissed (angry versus drunk)
Sparrowhawk (a small falcon, not a hawk)
Duck Hawk (A falcon)

And the ultimate example:

Yankee (What a Brit calls an American, what a southerner calls a Northerner, what a Northerner calls a New Englander, and what a New Englander calls someone from Connecticut!)

All part of the revolution. ;)

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ
