Pretty crazy to think that both Zuma and Mugabe are gone in less than 6 months.

Apparently, Mr Ramaphosa was originally identified as a successor to Mandela. So, hopefully he has the smarts and desire to unite RSA and not continue divisive policies.

My only concern is that they now have a real contenser to go against the DA. It would be good to see the DA in power

He had a really tough last 8-10 years of his life.

Hopefully the replacement will not harm the economy any more and restore some anti corruption enforcement in th ecountry.
And most especially end the murders of white citizens.

With Zuma out that is going to make a DA takeover harder.

He has done enough harm to both black and white lives that it really will take many- many years to recover from.
The economy is in such a mess that the interest on the overdraft alone [CORRUPTION AND THEFT money currently in the pockets of Guptas etc] are more than the countries yearly total tax income.
--and the majority of this tax is paid by barely 10% of the total population....
If the correct leadership can start NOW it will take 50 years to recover from---my grandchildren will still sit with this economic [and all that goes with it] mess.
Let's hope and pray for some sound leadership with sanity in their decisions so that ALL the people in this beautiful country can start having normal lives.
