ZIMBABWE: Pain & Perseverance In The Omay

great report and thanks for sharing. Glad you were able to bag a great leopard in the end!

Congratulations on your cat. It took me 12 days to get mine so I know what you went through. Riding those rough roads with your neck was a major challenge. Way to hang tough

Congrats on a great safari. That hippo and leopard are both fantastic animals. Hope your neck gets to feeling better, being in constant pain can really take it out of you.

Thanks for sharing your trip with us. Fantastic Leopard! We’ll done!

Very Nice- can't wait for the TIA5, or will it be 6 ;), episode.
No sadly I didn’t have Andy filming this time. He is just too busy these days. Maybe next time

Congratulations Philip! I’m sure it was a relief to bag one from the blind rather than the muzzle of your rifle this time. It looks like a good one too.

Nice cat Phil, I hope your neck issues get resolved and you heal up soon.

Philip, THANK YOU very much for this wonderful story. This is such a bonus to being a member of this site!

Nice report cheers for that. TIA? Been looking for what that means every time I ask google I get stuff about min strokes:eek:
Take it it’s more like This Is Africa?

I was boasting that I just wanted to shoot a cat out of a blind like a civilized person!

"This Is Africa" encompasses all the things that can and do happen on safari and to and from. It has become part of the vernacular here.
It also happens to be an excellent television show that I've been on a few times.
