Zimbabwe eSim, suggestions please

So, on prior visits to Zimbabwe or any other safari what I was doing was to buy a local physical sim card. The newer phones (i.e. iPhone 15) do not use physical Sim card but only accept eSim).
Anybody knows how to buy an eSim for Zimbabwe? This is typically done online. Econet doesnt offer this service.
A good alternative is to buy a "global eSim" with apps like Airalo. Unfortunately Airalo says they dont cover Victoria Falls region.

I’ve used HolaFly in other countries, but they don’t offer Zim. I just checked Airalo and Zim was listed. Did you check countries or cities?

Problem with Airalo is that says it doesnt cover Vic.Falls region
