I'll be at both Jagd and Hund Dortmund and Salzburg.

Probably my last European shows as I am headed back to Merica next year.

I'll be at the Jagd und Hund convention. I'm only visiting the convention on Friday this year. My son has to play football in the weekend so no weekend visit this time. I'll be there with the wife.

I will see what is going on at work, Friday is a superior day to go beyond Saturday.

I have never been on a Sunday. What is the crowd like?

Thursday was great.

I find that Saturday is the busiest day to my experience. Sunday more families and children but that is my experience after 3 years of consecutive visits.

There are a lot of workshops in the weekend that you can visit. You can also buy some extra experiences when booking the ticket. Never done that.

Also expect lot of drinking starting in the morning. A lot of young hunters and clubs going for it. But no rowdy people just people enjoying themselves.

I really enjoy the food section and especially the cheeses but I'm from the number one cheese county in the world :ROFLMAO: . Lots of good food from wild game.

I might make a weekend out of it, with wife and kids, but not yet decided.

I did not enjoy the new bar. It is a fight together through there. No one acts rowdy, just a pain in the ass to get through. If memory serves it was in the gun/ammo/scope building.

I might try Sunday this year. A friend of mine does Sunday because of the sales. I don't shop much other than salami and cheese. I have yet to go where I booked anything, but I normally talk to my agents.

Usually completely booked by the time I get there.

Last year my gunsmith was in the gun area working for Blaser. That was very interesting, as he introduced me to a ton of people I had wanted to meet who are Blaser or RWS engineers.

Yes correct, it is not the best place to put one. You'll have to squeeze through. Better to put the food and beer in one place.

That said if the need arises a beer is always near :D Cheers: :ROFLMAO:

I'll also talk to my agent those year because of my hunt in the Caucasus, have to tackle some issues.

Besides the food I bought some good hunting pants when hunting in the roughs. Really good value.

Monday to Sunday, mmm. Haven’t been before but might make the trip over from Ireland. Aer Lingus has good prices currently.

Rigby will be at Jagd und Hund, in Hall 6, Booth C36.

We look forward to seeing you there!

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
