Where to buy in Europe, 2 or 3 leave express sights

Hello, I am searching for a store to buy 2 or 3 leaf sights, but only find them in USA.

Any good store in EU/UK to buy very specialized parts like a 2-3 leaf sight?

Recknagel has one with one standing and three folding leaves, 15400-3051 its called. Dont think they have one with all leaves being foldable. I opted for one standing and two foldable for my custom rifle, did not researched any other makers either. Perhaps you could use google lens/picture search to find something similar to the one you posted.

Yes, that was the plan B I had in mind.... I have a milling machine, so it should not be a problem.

I don't know exactly what you are looking for. Recknagel has something like that. The piece is not machined because they need to be reworked as needed to fit at a rifle and according to the customer's specifications.
