We bought some land

Unfortunately, we have not. I'd like to one of these days if I'm not too tired from working. LOL!!!!

It's been raining so much in Middle Georgia that we try to get the most done before the afternoon storms roll in. Not sure about where you are in AL, but it's been a really wet Aug for us.

I’m on the coast and we had just shy of 10” in July. Been dry so far in august though.

Between yesterday and today, we are close to 1.5" of rain. The Ocmulgee River is down the road from where I live, and there is a little fishing area and that is all under water now. Lots of flooding in that area.

BTW, I forgot to include a picture of what it's going to turn into a cigar lounge. I hope my wife doesn't other plans for this place. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I had some free time and went by the farm to do a bit more work inside the trailer. Mrs. PARA45 doesn't like fake the wood look of the cabinets and wanted them painted in white instead. Who am I to argue. :ROFLMAO: So, woke up early and went to work.

Before,

Some of the after a couple of coats of paint. Still more work ahead of us, but will get there eventually. :Finger:

Oh no, that is a structure that is not attached to the trailer. This is where the fireplace is located.

We finally finished the deck and finished painting most of the kitchen cabinets and walls. Seems like the previous owners never cleaned the wall, some spots it took 3 coats of primer to cover the stains. :(

Some pictures of the cabinets with the painted hardware.

I’m easy, but not cheap. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

We used the original hardware, cleaned them up a bit and painted them black. The contractor’s (wife) idea. :ROFLMAO:

Wow, the progress is going well!
I do think there needs to be an African fire pit in there somewhere ;)

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
