I have decided to sell off a portion of my Ruger collection so in the coming weeks I will be listing a few rifles here. The first one up is this very nice Ruger No.1 in 275 Rigby. Rifle is in new in the box condition unfired with its rings and accessories still sealed in the foam wedge. Asking $2450 shipped for this one. It will ship from me as an individual to your ffl with a copy of my license included for your dealer so make sure your dealer is ok accepting from a individual. I can accept certified checks or Postal M.O.s for mailed payments or Zelle or Apple Pay for electronic payment. I can take and send more pics to anyone interested. Rifle is cross posted

I have the same rifle NIB but the wood on yours is a lot nicer.

Wow. That is a good looking rifle.

I have one and had RJ Renner work his magic on it for me. I think that this is one of the finest No 1’s ever made. The 24” barrel looks far better than the shorter models, and the .275 is a perfect cartridge for this rifle. Mine is an absolute tack driver (0.5 moa or better).

I like mine so well I actually thought about buying another! GLWTS.

Wow the wood on that Ruger! I've been contemplating buying one in 300H&H, specifically the Boddington edition with the express sights. This one looks better than most I have seen!

I am not in the market for any more rifles but I am extremely tempted by this one. Beautiful wood and a classic caliber. Perfect little sniping rifle!

The wood on that one is much better than most of the recent #1's I have seen.

Damn! That is a nice rifle. I’m in the same boat as others here- I just bought a different No 1 and considering this one would definitely have me dipping into hunting trip money…
Someone is going to get a sweet rifle for a really swell price!

Damn. I’ve wanted this rifle forever!!!!! I lost one at a benefit auction years ago and haven’t been able to find one since at a time I could buy it.

Congratulations to the buyer, that is one sweet rifle!

Congrats to White Bird!
Congratulations to the buyer and seller. The wood is great for a Ruger.

IMO, this is the finest configuration of the Ruger #1 made.
I handled one last year when I was in Mobile AL. When I went back to get it, already gone.
The combination of the1-A stock and forearm, along with smaller diameter barrel at 24 inches is just perfect. It point like a fine English shotgun, an extension of your arm.
I hope Lipsey's is listening they build more in this configuration.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
