I know this is an older thread but read it with great interest. I didn't draw a deer tag in Colorado this year and was randomly reading about different affordable hunt possibilities.
Long story short at the moment but I found airfare from Aspen to London which it the closet airport to where I work was only $650.
A little research, a bunch of messages and I'm booked to depart on a 6 day vacation to hunt muntjac and Chinese water deer on January 12 to 16 2024 out of Waddesdon I believe.
if all goes as planned I'll make a brief separate report later.

Perfect! That time of year the ground level cover will have died down and you may catch some late season rutting from the water deer.
