Two 8# Kegs Of H414 (aka, W760) Powder

I have two kegs of H414 for sale. One is unopened, the other has maybe 40 rounds of powder missing (I tested, didn't like results).

Let's go with $300 for unopened keg, $295 for the opened keg.

Local pick up preferred but will happily split the shipping (*unsure on hazmat fees) with the buyer.

Sorry but one has to be certified to inspect and ship low or high explosives.
Powder and primers are low (subsonic shock wave) explosives.
