Save yourself a lot of money and buy a representative of the species. And put your taxidermy and shipping costs towards another hunt. I wish I had done that years ago. Instead of piling up mounts.

Various oddities and unique mounts for a fraction of the original cost. CITES animals can only be purchased by Michigan residents. Costs of course do not include shipping. If the same buyer buys enough items they can be personally delivered by private means for an agreed upon price with the driver.

Another option is to buy one of your mounts for reasonable money and bring the horns home from Africa, saving a fortune on freight. A good taxidermist can airbrush an existing mount to look good as new and like the photo of the person's trophy, plus install the new horns on the old mount. (This costs roughly $250)

Exactly. Swap horns. These mounts (with exception of the cats) are laying around and dusty. They will be detailed to look much better.

Also, I left out a critical detail. The Amur Leopard is from a zoo and is legal to own for Michigan residents. It’s for the person that has large collection and wants it for display. Not a hunting trophy.

Most likely the only legal example for sale in the world.

Sorry, the Buffalo horn spread is 40” between. Each horn is 35” long.

Bongo is a beautiful mount. What's the story on the little one? If you care to tell, if not ok.

That Bongo is stunning.

You should see it in person. Remember, as Rookhawk mentioned. The horn shells can be exchanged for the buyers horns. Or leave original
