I’m in London, and couldn’t resist the opportunity to visit with one of the industry icons. For those of you looking for something immediately available, they have both a .470 and a .500 nitro in stock. The bad news is that the London Best .500 is about twice the price of the.470 which is merely shockingly expensive. That said, great art has never been inexpensive, and I enjoyed the visit greatly.

Was the 470 a round body action?....might be why " only" half the price......

When I saw the title of this thread, my first thought was it's better to have "Stopped by Holland & Holland" than be "Stopped by Holland & Holland". The word your brain prepends to that phrase makes a bit of difference to its meaning. Putting an "I was" instead of an "I" in front of it is not the same thing... ;)

Pardon my ignorance, but why would a round action call for a smaller price?

No appointment was necessary, but it’s not a bad idea.

I believe the round action is made by trolls, but the traditional action is made by gnomes. There seems to be a severe gnome shortage these days

Silly humor. Someone more knowledgeable than I will have to explain the differences.

So does H&H NOT custom fit these guns to you?
Yes, they include the service as a standard offering. That said, a fully bespoke order on a double rifle will likely take three to five years, depending on your requirements.

I didn't realize they no longer make the round action. All going forward are their Royal...so start at like 250,000 pound sterling to begin.

Jake, Sorry to bug you again. I was wondering if you could share a. couple actual pics of this crossbow with me?

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
