I use those Neoprene ones for Trout fishing but they would be too hot with no breathing ability for Africa.

I use mine for fly fishing also.
I'll concede that they trap in more heat then my leather ones. It gets pretty balmy here in Louisiana too, but their not uncomfortable for me.

Wow! great picture, I sure can't top that one, bet there's a great story to go with it.
