Single Shot Saturday - Show us your Single Shots!

It's interesting that such a late rifle would be a 3-1/4" chamber.
Are there stamps on the barrel and have you done a chamber cast?
I haven't yet - that was from the description from the seller's shop - I just got it a week or so ago so I have some work to do to confirm everything. I'll keep you posted. I did get the ledger for it. It is SN 16483 and the ledger is on the far right side of the page. I haven't been able to make out all of the words yet.

Shows that serial as a 303 Lee Enfield Sporting rifle.
I have a hunch that there must be a different ledger for your rifle.

If you look all the way to the right past the thicker line on the third step down from the top you will see mine referenced there.

It’s Saturday here, so, my wife’s Greener cadet with a nice crisp cartouche

And as I won’t be near internet next Saturday, my BSA cadet

Both are still in 310, but the Greener has had the rim thickness modified so it needs trimmed 32-20 brass. We shot these at the club with cast, so I’ve fitted easy removable cross pins to aid cleaning, the original pins are in the bags with spare parts for each rifle

WOW!
Give us a full length shot.
I’ve not owned a proper Soper sporting rifle but would like to some day.
Yours looks to be a very nice example.

I do not have a full side view photo, however let me work on it. For now here a few more of the stock. As you know, very few sporting rifles were made by Soper and all that I have seen have been butchered. The vast majority of Soper's that survive are in their military configuration. This is the nicest sporter that I have ever seen, and it is unmolested. A super rare rifle indeed. There were less than 700 total Soper's ever made in all configurations.

Just did a podcast, check it out if interested!

I read an older thread that mentioned you having some 9.3x64 brass. Do you still have some? I am looking for 100 pcs, maybe 200.
