Remington Arms catalogues

Really neat going back and seeing some of the guns I have had. Thanks

Very cool, thanks for posting

That was fun!

Thanks for the link Chris.

Thanks for sharing. Brings back memories of me, as a kid, drooling over the catalogs from the late 60’s and early 70’s. I fantasized about the M600 in .350 Rem mag. I remember a pic in one of the catalogs with that rifle leaning up against a log fence. I think I was around 13 or 14. That rifle seemed as sexy as Raquel Welch.

I like your post...except it is just a little blasphemous to compare RQ to a rifle. ;)

At least compare her to an H&H or a Westley Richards!

I spent a lot of years finding one in good condition. Love that rifle and I promised it I would kill a moose with it one day.

I got as far as buying a box of .350 Rem Mag ammunition, back in the day, but no further.

The 1935 only reference ammo. If it had included rifles it could have included this, made in Jam 1935, and still going strong at nearly 84 years of age.

I saved that, thanks!

I just sold my Rem 600 in 350 few weeks ago
I still have all my rcbs dies.
I still have my 6.5 in Rem 600.
The 350 sure was a great Black Bear Stand gun hunting over bait. I used a 250gr Speer for many years.
Still have about 5 boxes Of Rem 200 and 250gr for it.

You might have edited your post on the PH in the Bubye. I know the PH and is a wonderful person and a fmaily man and runs a succesful business in Zim and just doesn't want the attention that the internet offers, the ugly kind.

Hello,

Am I reading your post correctly to say that the Tsavo rifle will be coming out with a composite stock later this year? I ask because I had been looking very hard for a Tsavo, but if there is going to be a composite stock model I will wait for that.

Thank you for your time,

Andrew

Saw your post. Nice. Denver too. Genesee area (just off 70) if ever up this way. Alternatively, do you have a membership at GGC? Whatever, you'll have a wonderful time in Africa. Enjoy.
