recoil pad suggestions

I'm looking for a different recoil pad for my wife's Ruger #1H Tropical 375 H&H.

I need a thin one to shorten up LOP by just a bit, not terribly worried about it soaking up much recoil because I'll not ever load up any full power loads for her. A 300 gr at 2350 or 350 gr at 2200 or 2250 is something I can work her up to.

The OEM pad is just too slick, which is more of a problem than the slightly too-long LOP.

Get a Pachmayr Decelerator Slim-Line or a Kick-Eez Kick-Killer. Take it to a good smith. Have them fit it to the rifle, removing as little wood as possible from the buttstock to maintain the original LOP or shorten it slightly.
