So I've been looking through the galleries of record trophies here and it got me thinking that we should not only preserve the wildlife we hunt, but the genes that produce such amazing heads, especially with elephants as big tuskers are an uber-rare breed.

For example, if someone shot a 100lber in say, a Matetsi concession, genetic samples, especially the animals' testicles, should be put in a baggie and flown somewhere to be put in liquid nitrogen. This way, we can help propagate these great trophy heads through creating embryos.

One could use this diddy above me to make new bulls out of these samples, raise them, and release them into areas where ivory hunting and poaching have devastated tusk size.

Now, I'm not a genetics expert by any means so this idea could be complete bullcrap but I just felt like sharing it.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
