Posting Photos

I just got back from my first ever safari and what a great experience it was! My question is how do I get pictures to show up full size in the post instead of as thumbnails? The few times I've posted pictures on here they have always shown up as thumbnails only. When I look at other people's post I always like the full size picture view more. Thanks for any help you can give me.
