I watched this match live and caught the pre-game fly by and was thinking "Wow, that seemed quite low, must've been quite loud inside the stadium." But that's about where I left it. While I kind of agree with this guy overall, I just can't but think doesn't this male Karen who does not appear to be a citizen of RSA, have better things to do with his life?

I'm going to assume he's an American due to accent (or lack thereof), I think we've got enough issues of our own here that you need not worry about such things in other countries.

I would question the value of an undergraduate philosophy major at some of the Ivy League schools

My SIL got his undergraduate degree at Yale in psychology. He knew he wanted to get into law school and wanted a major that he could ace not to mention help him in law practice.
He met my daughter at Harvard law school. Interestingly they never met while at Yale.

Now, my daughter dual majored in political science and English. She did suggest to me that she could work at Wall Street making 6 figures (2007) and help financially before attending law school. I told her no as I felt once she got out of the academic environment, living a normal life it would make it hard to go back and she’d lose momentum. Not to mention low six figures is barely existing in Manhattan. When she started at Wachtell, Lipton at $160K a year in 2010 she had two roommates as she could not afford rent by herself. When working 70-80 hours a week she couldn’t spend commute time from a cheaper location.

I agree with you completely, the last line I think is critical "there is a goal". Successful people don't just end up there, they have a plan, execute on that plan and set a foundation and build on it.

I think you also point out that she made sacrifices, and that even though making 160k, she still needed to have roommates to be able to afford the rent, even though she was working 70 to 80 hours a week.

It also discredits the "living wage" arguement regarding what wage should people make for working 40 hours. First it shows it is all relative based on your location and second successful people rarely work 40 hours.

On a side note, I was picking on philosophy (much different that psychology), since it was the only course in college I got a C in. One of my major exam consisted of "how do we know we are not in a dream?" Being I never did drugs, I struggle with some of the abstract concepts.

I see in the news last night Trump had posted a picture of a world map with the US flag pasted on every country in North America plus a few extras for good measure (Denmark's Greenland and Iceland). Some preliminary data shows that the Amazon cargo plane approached the runway high and hot, overshooting the normal touchdown point by as much as 800 feet.
Additionally, the ground spoilers might not have been activated, and video shows a possible issue with the left rear landing gear which could have reduced braking force by a half? That's for the NTSB to determine.
Innocent bystanders lost their lives, and Amazon is going to be knee deep in lawsuits.
I'm sure the ambulance chasers are lined up 500 deep to try and represent the victims in what will probably be a slam dunk case.
If the pilots are found to be 100% at fault, they could face manslaughter charges, and have their pilots licenses revoked.
