While Federal Court does not have "Law of the Parties," they can get there by using other sections of the Federal Code. Yes, most of the time sentence run concurrently as part of the Plea Agreement. The Judge in this case "Stacked" the sentences, it's not "rare."

And the Fed have used conspiracy as long as I can remember. It's there we might not be able to prove the underlying case, but we have you on conspiracy.

Is it possible that we did so good a job if decapitating the Iranian leadership that the people who agreed to the ceasefire can’t control the ones sing the drones?

I think Iran is unstable enough at this point that it might that the negotiations are al encompassing of the Iranian military.

That’s actually a real possibility.

One of the features of their mosaic system is that regional commanders have autonomy.

Assuming their comms systems are only partially working (both secure and open), and their leadership on both the military and religious side are in turmoil, the feature and advantage of autonomy easily can become a detriment.

My thought is even if comms are working a fanatic regional commander could decide the deal isn’t good enough. What would Tehran do to stop him? The ground forces are decimated and roads disrupted.

Do you have any interest in facts, or do you just like riding popular bandwagons? If you are interested in facts, look at the long term returns of the companies you are so quick to vilify. They are publicly traded, there are no secrets. My guess is that you would be unhappy with the returns they provide, so your money will go elsewhere. Save us your mindless prattling.

Those or similar stories in some form have circulated for years. Something about many has always “smelled” because they fit a little too neatly into supporting a narrative and agenda. Of course, historically, the susceptibility to such diseases has worked both ways. There seems to always be a conspiratorial story associated with such. Conversely, an example could go something like… “blame the Native Americans for purposefully giving Europeans cancer because of tobacco”.

However, I do have a couple of legit examples of purposeful biological warfare in my arms collection dating from the Bronze Age- a couple of small Scythian bronze arrow points. The points are barbed and have holes in their sides to hold “infection agents”. The points would be dipped into latrine waste. The barbs would ensure longest possible exposure and the holes would hold the infection agent for delivery directly into an enemy’s wound, greatly increasing the chance for a debilitating infection even if the arrow wound was minor. Very intentional, not incidental nor coincidental.

I think the right balance is a zero growth model. Keep the population stagnant, but economic growth continues as the existing system increases its productivity. But even then we'll need immigrants to supplement, as our native population begins to shrink around 2040. AI and automation will take jobs, but probably not as many as the tech oligarchs think it will.

What are those profits in relationship to gross revenue? Isn't the term "unearned profits" the mantra of the left when they propose to "tax the rich", which is anyone more successful than them.

What is "excess" profit to any business and who gets to determine it? Someone with the political/economic worldview of Zoran Mamdani, Bernie Sanders, or Brent in Arizona?
