SCOTUS ruling on presidential immunity is in, it’s as clear as mud!! Lol

It’s fairly clear, official act immunity, unofficial none. Now District Court you go figure out what is official and what’s not, and then an appeal to see if you got it right. Jack Smith case will never see the courtroom in the next 5 years.

Exactly, an example would be that the AG, Merrick Garland can interpret what is and isn’t official and prosecute accordingly. I’m not sure if smiths rail road will ever hit the court but he’s truly pissed he hasn’t gotten trump locked up yet.

District and Appeals courts will get to decide what is an official act.

That’s why we have an Executive separate from the other slower branches. The Executive must make quick decisions. Sometimes before all the details and facts of the situation are known.

And that’s why the Executive needs immunity. So he feels free to act. Even if proven to be wrong in the future. Otherwise they’ll act more like a physician worried about getting sued.

Big win for Trump, and a huge blow to the weasel Jack Smith.
But is it? They decided what most of us have been saying all along. Immunity for official acts, and no immunity for unofficial acts.

However, it gets Trump what he wants which is to delay the trial until after election and if he does win then the charges will go away with a new DOJ leadership.

Exactly, it leaves it up to the prosecutor to determine what is or is not an official act. This is dangerous ground for any future former president no matter what party they belong to.

the prosecutor has to convince the courts to agree to that determination.

This ruling makes me wonder how it will affect Merchans sentencing of Trump in 10 days.
It seems to me that the Democrats, Rogue Judges & DA's, have carefully planned the timing of all of this.

It will have no effect on sentencing in that case.

Hello,

Am I reading your post correctly to say that the Tsavo rifle will be coming out with a composite stock later this year? I ask because I had been looking very hard for a Tsavo, but if there is going to be a composite stock model I will wait for that.

Thank you for your time,

Andrew

Saw your post. Nice. Denver too. Genesee area (just off 70) if ever up this way. Alternatively, do you have a membership at GGC? Whatever, you'll have a wonderful time in Africa. Enjoy.
