Pay It Forward-Free

Gentleman, @Smo1127 has claimed the Heavy Hunter and @Tubby’s Canteen the EDC. I’ve never shipped to Canada but am willing to pending research on methods/legality. Please PM me gents. Went off of time stamps.

I will cover shipping.

I just ask for the recipients to post up items of equal value at their earliest convenience to keep with the spirit of this Pay-It-Forward thread.

I salute you sir, you could have put those Knives in Classifieds and got good money for them. People like you are what makes AH great.
If any transactions fall thru Id like to put throw my hat in the ring as I've always wanted a Von Gruff but could never afford one

Thank you for the kind words.

Gentlemen I’ll be on the water most of this weekend as I fish commercially for a living but will post something in return the first of the week. I’d like to offer a heartfelt thank you to @Wishfulthinker580 for his generosity.

I'll second those words. Mighty generous of you, and like @Rob404 said, individuals like you and many others is what makes this forum a great place to be. I tip my hat to you @Wishfulthinker580.

Hi All, I hope my error can be of help to someone else:
Up for grabs - New in box Timney Trigger for Winchester Model 70.
(for non-"MOA trigger" models...)

I ordered this trigger for my M70, and accidentally selected the wrong model for my rifle. It's my mistake so I don't feel right asking Timney to fix it. Thus I figured I would see if this trigger would be of use to anyone here. Pull is set for 3.5#, but can be adjusted. See this page for info on the specific model.

If you can use it, it's yours!
John

I can use that trigger !! PM on the way.

@thoma018, since you are new, you do understand you have to put something in return.

@Rob404 I have been giving it some thought this weekend and if it is alright with @Wishfulthinker580 I’d like to offer you the edc in my place. You sound like the kind of gentleman who would use the knife as intended.

Thanks for your kindness but I cannot accept. I'm sure you will put the Knife to good use. But Thank you anyway.
When Summer finally comes to Minnesota (around July) I,ll get down in the garage and find something that I can,t remember what I use it for offer it up, God knows there's enough.

Dang, I look away from this thread when it was like Christmas!! @Wishfulthinker580 that's some major props on those --- those blades are gorgeous. If I'm being honest, I'd have wanted them just because they are gorgeous, and I don't think I'd be able to have put them to use as intended though so I'm glad they found working homes!

Hi guys and gals,
I saw this on another forum and really liked the idea.
In a nutshell here is how this works:
Members put up an item that they may no longer need, want or have upgraded and it is just sitting around taking up space. The rules are that the item must be given away at no charge to the first person that names the item and says they will take it. In turn, the person taking the item MUST put something up in its place. For example, I will start this thread off with a box of Woodleigh Weldcore bullets. A member will reply i’ll Take them and will post up what they are throwing in the game.
It is discretionary if you have an item that is bulky or heavy to ask for or offer to help on shipping, but please make it known in your post if you require shipping fee. Of course we must stay legal on all transactions including shipping of components and parts internationally and to certain states.

I will start this by offering up a box of Woodleigh .510 weldcore bullets. I pay shipping to address in the US only.

Cheers,
Cody

I'm putting this up for all new and old members to know the rules. The reason I'm posting this, is due to some "new" members showing up here to pick up a free item and disappearing without putting something in return. It has happened to me twice, and this is why I'm vocal about the rules.

Hello,

Am I reading your post correctly to say that the Tsavo rifle will be coming out with a composite stock later this year? I ask because I had been looking very hard for a Tsavo, but if there is going to be a composite stock model I will wait for that.

Thank you for your time,

Andrew

Saw your post. Nice. Denver too. Genesee area (just off 70) if ever up this way. Alternatively, do you have a membership at GGC? Whatever, you'll have a wonderful time in Africa. Enjoy.
