on a lighter note...

I wasn’t too sure where to post this but here seems appropriate. I purchased some Nosler 45ACP handgun ammo today, and it seems they are trying to outcompete 300 Weatherby with it. Will my wrists be strong enough... I wonder what they achieve with fast rifle cartridges these days...

Yeah a real hand cannon!

The ft-lbs of energy sure falls off fast. even when the velocity stays high!

Air friction must be melting lead out of it...

Actually we do not have ammo shortages here at present, at least for handguns. I don’t know about rifle ammo as I roll my own.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
