It could be worse, to be completely useless he'd have to be the turn signal installation technician at the Nissan Altima factory.

P.S. - It's a thing. Google "Big Altima Energy" and you'll see montages of every stupid thing ever done by a perp or driver, coincidentally all of them while operating an Altima.
