I love this guy's channel.

Canada and Poland always referring to the "Geneva checklist" or "Geneva suggestions"

You'd like a sandwiches? Sure, what kind? While I'm up, I think I'll have a beers too. Or is that two?

I think 'beer' is a pluralia tantum noun. It's always implicitly plural. Like shenanigans, or scissors.

For example "I'll just nip out for a beer after work." or "I'll just have one beer."

Noah,
I might be interested in the 470 Woodleigh Softs if the price is right for the entire lot. Are you planning on going to the Tulsa Gunshow in November? If so, perhaps we could meet up.
