I was told the town of Maricopa, AZ used to sell "recreational dynamite." He said that was written on it. The rule was that it had to be out of town by 5 PM.

People usually call the sheriff, who does nothing. The mailbox belongs to the post office. They have federal authority to do something, if they will.
