I'll give a report and provide pictures of my first stalking experience when I return to the US in mid September.

I can't wait to simply hike those Scottish Highlands while taking in the sights, sounds and scents along with making a few new friends.

More to come....

I’m excited for your report. Two years ago I had an amazing time doing exactly as you just said- taking it all in, with great company, and having a super fun hunt. I ended up with one turnip-raiding management stag, one small trophy stag, and what they called a “hill buck”, a highland roe buck approaching one of his last winters. They graciously comped the roe buck because my trophy stag really came down to the wire and was not a guaranteed deal even with hours left in my hunt. It took lying on our bellies for 3 hours pinned down by the herd, getting eaten by midges, before I could close the deal. I wouldn’t be booked for my first African hunt if it weren’t for my great experience in Scotland.

Hello! I saw your post from last year about a missing crate from your hunt in Moz. I am curious how that all turned out? We (my fiancé and I) also hunted in Moz in 2024 and the trophies are being shipped with Hunters Services Limitada. We have some concerns on whether we will get the trophies home or not. May I ask who you hunted with?
