I take a lot of grief from my buddies about my Pennsylvania deer hunting apparel. I wear wool! Filson, Woolrich, Johnson Woolen Mills, Pendleton, Columbia, and my Stormy Kromer caps. They all wear the latest wonder plastics and I just sit back in my blind, warm and cozy in clothing ive had for 25 years or more. (im only 60) I expect my gear to outlive me. Gotta add my Schnees Extreme pac boots also, work great for the last 15 or so years.

OMG you named all 6 of my favorite apparel makers! Whenever my buddies complain of being cold or wet I laugh and say “keep buying those damn hydrocarbon byproducts.”
