Welcome to the forum mate from another Aussie but from the better side of the country.
You have started down a rabbit hole with no end. Here you will gain all the knowledge and more on hunting Africa.
I hunted Namibia with my family and loved it.
Try and find an outfitter who will give you prices in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS make it easier to budget.
You have some knowledgeable people in Wa like @Timbo who is a wealth of knowledge as well.
Where are you from in WA and what do you hunt and what fmrifles have you got
Bob
Thanks mate, located in perth metro, yeh we aren't the best side of the country for hunting "game species" we do have some good pigs
numbers and goats and the odd deer that aren't easy to gain access too so it isn't easy on this side of the country but our fishing makes up for it and keep us going. I've got .243 tikka, 308 Remington 7600 pump, browning 22lr pump, 444marlin lever, beretta o/u 12g and my prized go to sako deluxe 85 in 30-06 with z8 swaro scope plus a pse bow that I'm starting to get into.

Welcome to AH. Enjoy the forum, it's very addicting.

Welcome to AH, good luck on the planning!

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
