Look forward to seeing how you do this

Step 1 is enclosing outside identical to siding since porch was already under roof.
Step 2 is only having one beautiful arched door versus current two going out to patio.
Step 3 is matching inner house flooring exactly which is a natural oak.
Step 4. is putting in a small closet to give me the option of having a legal bedroom even though it will be my office/trophy/gun room.
Step 5 is placing 3/4 inch plywood on all walls up to cathedral ceiling so I have total placement options for my animals.
Step 6. Sheet rock entire room over plywood
Step 7. I have bought three Africa hanging lights from ceiling

I thought everyone might like to know costs as well for 300 square foot job as follows
1. Builder charging $30,000 to do the work which includes $1,000 floor allowance and all heat and air work with electrical.
2. Arch door $1,500
3. Three Africa lights $1,000
4. $500 for his crew to move my current office into new one plus place all my taxi.
I will post more pictures as the job happens.

Looks like its coming along. I suspect that you're going to be pretty happy when it's all done.

Wow ! That went really quick! Pat on the back to your builder. We would still be waiting on building permits here. Looks great really like the beams .

Looking forward to the finished product!

That is fast, good to be organised and have trades and workers available. Looking forward to a pic of finished, with all hanging up.

Special thanks and call out to my friend @Fatback for his recommendation on the lift to use for some of my heavy taxi!!!
What type and size lift? I’ve used scaffolding before and a couple guys but not a lift.

Are you texturing and painting around the beams and lights?

Back After a Long Time – Hello Again!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been a member since 2015 but haven’t been active since 2017. Life got busy, especially with building my second business. Still, I’ve kept my passion for hunting and followed things from afar. Now that I have more time, I’m excited to reconnect, contribute, and be part of the community again.

All the best,
ANDY

I'd like a bag of 100. I could actually pick it up since I'm in North Irving, but if you prefer, shipping it is fine.
