Hello friends, I open this post to teach the rifle purchased. The weapon is still in the armoury, so I reserved until I has finished pay the rifle. The merchant has commanded photos that I asked him to my email and I wanted to share pictures with you all the discomfort I I could cause. I hope you like.
A greeting
Oscar.
CZ 550 Safari Magnum in 458Lott? Very good dangerus game rifle.

I concur that this site fosters madness. I had a 300 Win Mag before I found this place. I had a curiosity about the .375 H&H and the digging I did here led to my own adventures with the medium and large bores. It has been enjoyable. It's harmful to come to this site. I hadn't thought of anything to save up for, but now I do. If I have a 458 Lott and a 375 H&H Magnum, isn't it true that I'm missing a 416? It will surely be a Rigby, since I saw some Brno/Ceska at a good price. My madness has no limits. It will take time, but I will achieve it.
You entered the realm of hit and be hit when you selected the .458 Lott. Cinch your belt and practice. You'll grow accustomed to the recoil in time. Study videos for recoil management techniques. At first it will feel as though you're maybe not doing it right and getting out of the way of the gun. Well guess what!?! As long as your hit the target nobody cares. I must certainly look like I'm dancing a ridiculous jig between loading, firing and reloading my rifle. As long as you're not dancing backwards across the meadow with the recoil and declaring it but a maiden's kiss it's controllable enough.Well, I finally fired two shots with the Cz 550 Safari Magnum after a day of pigeon shooting. I fired a .458 Winchester Magnum cartridge, a Remington solid-point cartridge, and then a .458 Lott cartridge, a Norma Africa PH with a semi-armored tip. In conclusion, the recoil of the .458 Winchester Magnum, despite being strong, was not unpleasant; quite bearable. However, the recoil of the .458 Lott, for me, was unpleasant, a sharp, sharp blow. Today, my trapezius and neck even hurt. And to think that for a long time I've wanted to change the .458 Lott for a .460 Weatherby Magnum, which didn't have a muzzle brake. I'm glad I didn't change it.
