Well we drifted the sites out (hard fine target sites) and installed a brass bead type front sight and a classic style rear sight vs the screw adjustment style.

Bottom shot was first, second shot was lifting to the next elevation, 3rd-5th was on the final setting, aiming at 6 on the black circle so hitting pretty much exactly where aiming. Need a slightly lower front sight so it’s not maxed on adjustment.

430gr at trapdoor velocities, 50yd distance. Elephants beware, .45-70 is ready for use :D
