Lipsey's Ruger 77/22 22 Hornet African Released.

Can get a lot more caliber for that kind of money!!
Yes probably...

But then it wouldn't be a 22 hornet International.....

I’ve had one come through the shop for a customer. I’m still waiting on mine and Cody’s. My sales rep swears they are not a limited run. I have all the others, except this and the .270 WCF.

Looking forward to it coming in.

I've had mine since late summer I believe, It is a real shooter with the swaro Z5i I have on it.
Sent mine off to be threaded 1/2x28 to attach my suppressor, Probably ruins most of the value but a rifle is ment to be personalized and customized to the user IMO..

My CZ shoots 1/2 inch groups with the Hornady 35 gn Vmax but I have heard good things about Ruger accuracy now that they are making their own barrels. I need one of these Rugers!

Just laid my hands on the Lipseys Ruger 77 African 22 Hornet. It is sleek and slim, feels good in the hands.

@Mark Biggerstaff
Now all you need is a tin of Hogdon Lil Gun and some 40gn VMax and go have fun. I have found Lil Gun gives higher velocity, lower pressure and outstanding accuracy. With that combination no small game is safe within 250 yards

Ok, so never had much interest in the Tiny 10 or the .22 Hornet….

But that rifle suddenly gives me expensive ideas!
Ruger should make a 77/357 and or a 77/44 African. A great 100-yard deer/pig rifle with Lil Gun handloads and premium bullets.

.357 Magnum rifles, though limited range, are fun to shoot, and an African version just about perfect for Deep South, thick deer woods.

I have been thinking of building out just this. Barrel length 21-22 inches, African sights and barrel band, nice stock.

Correction. Hodgon H110.

@Goat416
You can get a lovely browning A bolt in 22 Hornet cheaper than that. I know it's not a Ruger but they are super accurate.
Bob
I was just passing on the link and information. $1,429 was MSRP, if you can find one, I am seeing closer to $1150 on the shelf. Looks like a fun little gun not just the standard everyday 22 Hornet bolt action rifle. I'm not ready to go out and search for one, but if I was at my local store and one was sitting in front of me, might be hard to pass up.

That rifle is no longer made. Ruger makes a standard 77 22 Hornet model that’s less expensive than the African model.

Ohhh you guys...... always worries about money. Cant take it with ya, and a new rifle is a lot more fun than a stack of 24 100$ bills in your gun safe :D Beers:
@Mekaniks
You obviously aren't married with kids
A stack of hundred dollars bills even a hundred high don't go far nowadays.
The cost of living in Australia isn't cheap at the moment.

Jake, Sorry to bug you again. I was wondering if you could share a. couple actual pics of this crossbow with me?

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc
