Offered for sale and your consideration is my LEFT hand Remington 700 30-06 “do all” rifle. Bought new in the 1990’s ( maybe 1980’s), never shot it and stored in safe. In 1995 I purchased a take off Kelvar stock from a Wilderness rifle from Precision Gun Works (Osk Kosh, Wis), installed it and removed the front and rear sights. I broke it in and shot it a little. It went back in the safe and now it’s time to move it on as I have three other “do all” 30-06. Barrel is 22 inches, trigger has been replaced with a Timney that pulls a very smooth 3.5 lb. It wears a Badger Ordinance 20 degree pic rail and weights 7 lb even without a scope. The stock itself weighs 1 3/4 lb. LOP is 13.5 in. This rifle has been fired 147 times and if wanted brass will be mailed separately. It is quite accurate with some commercial loads as you can see from the photo of a 5 shot group with Federal 150 gr BTSP, Gold Box. Original front and rear sights included. Photo with scope and documents are included for “eye candy” only. Scope and sling are not included. Asking asking 900 shipped, negotiable CONUS. I do request a phone conversation with buyer at point of sale.

....forgot to add ( and to late to edit) that the action is pillar bedded and barrel is free floated.

that is nice rifle, wish i lived in US

Calling all lefties.....price negotiable !!!!!!

I think you ought to keep it.
A man can’t have too many left-handed 30-06s.
All of mine are well trained.
They all shoot minute of dead animal at whatever distance I want to shoot.

Absolutely !! What a versatile cartridge that's gets "passed over" now because of "promises of more dead" from the "re-invented" cartridges of the last 20 years. After you get up to five, that's to many !

It’s tempting me & I shoot with a can 99% of the time.

Is the base steel or aluminum?

It is steel; I will attach a screen shot of the Badger description. The weight difference between Al. and steel would prob around an ounce.

It is an absolute hammer with cheap factory Remington150 gr lol, that’s a 5 shot grip at 100, though a bit high but it’s set that way for max. Point blank range. I’ve never found an unacceptable load for it….it just shoots without fiddling around.

.....that's a Remington 150 gr Cor-lok------NOT lol---auto correct and fat fingers on the keyboard,,,,,,,,

Looks like I may be late to the party. Just noticed this.

Would you take $750 and I pay shipping to Houston area if it is still available...........

I'll take it..........consider it sold.........Lee

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
