i would presume he was the tour guide for a whole group of chinese and travelled with them , you see them in different parts of the world in a group following their tour guide who sometimes has a flag held up to make it easier for them to stay together..........china has also brought in rules that if their citizens are badly behaved while on holiday or portray china/chinese people in a bad way they will have a travel ban, and wont be allowed out of the country on holiday...

Hell, we have a Kenyan that stabs the whole bunch of us every day, so this doesn't surprise me one bit! @enesse yes, utterly doomed! Unless of course there is a huge culling of dumbasses!
