Greetings all members,

We had the privilege of attending our 3rd Jagd und Hund show in Dortmund Germany this year. Being our 3rd year we wanted to have a more modern looking stand and went with a black color scheme, the result of which we felt was fantastic! Right at the beginning of the show the Corona virus had just started making its appearance and nerves seemed to be on edge as it was such a new unknown possibility at that point. As a result attendance did seem to be slightly down however engagements were great with many people taking the time to stop and talk to you. Most prospective clients have generally been to Namibia 3 or 4 times and are looking for a new destination such as South Africa to hunt. This is a direct result of the rich German heritage in Namibia meaning less of a language barrier when they book with a Namibian company. Luckily for us Michael Sippel speaks fluent German and handles most of our European clients. It is true what they say about needing to be at a show for 3 years before youstart seeing fruits for your labor as we had a splendid show with a number of bookings for both 2020 and 2021. The number of African outfitters present was definitely up from 2019 and there were a larger number of outfitters present specifically from South Africa in relation to the year previous. We wish all who attended well and thank every person who took the time to speak to us and come and see us! We hope everyone had fantastic shows irrespective of where you were! May it be the best season yet!

Kind regards,
Dempsey Bayly & Michael Sippel

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
