Hi Africa Hunting Community!

My name is Matt and I am a lifelong hunter from the USA, but am now living in Austria. I have had the chance to do a fair amount of hunting in North America and western Europe and am now preparing for my first trip to Africa - Namibia specifically - in 2025. I look forward to learning from all of you and hopefully I can bring some of my experience to the table as well.

Very cool! Unfortunately, I won't be in the Vienna area at that time otherwise I would be glad to meet up. A week earlier and it would work out. Otherwise I am normally ~5,5 hours away...

Welcome! This forum has been a beacon for likeminded people. The last year or so planning for my first trip it has really helped me grow as a hunter and I am sure you will find it equally enjoyable. I am currently scheming for a 25 Namibia trip myself. Hope to see you down the road!
