Welcome to AH!

The biggest game I have ever hunted are the native Southeastern United States whitetail...but I find it fascinating how different hunting is in different parts of the world and how African PH's have to learn to hunt all the different game they have there
Welcome. From Alabama also. Join the addiction!

Welcome. Where are you in Alabama? I'm also from Alabama (Choctaw County).

Welcome, I live on the coast now but grew up in Auburn, so I’ve got to add a War Eagle to the roll tide crap LOL.

Glad to have you here!

"Someday" will never get here. Make a plan, start acting on it. Save just $200/month, you'll have enough for a nice PG hunt in 4 or 5 years.

This!!! That is exactly what I did, maybe saved a bit more a month. It took me two years and I went and took my wife. There are some great packages/specials. Set your mind to it, it can be done. Welcome to the forum.

Hello and welcome!

Welcome to the AH community. Just got back from a visit to B’ham this weekend. Where in AL are you from. I am in Nashville but spend a good amount of time deer hunting in Aliceville, AL outside Tuscaloosa. And a Vols fan too! GBO!

Safari to Africa is like taking a crap.

The longer you wait, the harder it will be. Sell something and get yourself over there now.

Greetings DelRock83,

Khomas Highland Hunting and Fishing Safaris of Namibia, welcomes you to the greatest forum on earth.

When you can spare a minute, I invite you to have a look into the Khomas Safaris website.

Best Regards,

You will have to drop by for a cocktail during deer season. I grew up in Aliceville, now in Montgomery, and I’m there regularly during deer season. Let me know when you are heading that way.

If you come over, don’t wear your orange and white overalls. RTR!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
