Wow a blast from the past. I recall my parents having something like that when I was really young. It hung on the basement wall I think. I think it had more horse type imagery. I wonder where that thing is.
Maybe a saddle strap.... decorative breast strap....for horse. Or maybe just something a rich dad beat his kids ass with. I just got a leather belt or a 1x4 w/grip.

Yes, they're horse brasses. Used to decorate shire horse harnesses in the UK.
They were quite popular a couple of hundred years ago and quite often can be seen decorating the interior of old country cottages and ye olde English public houses.
Originals are collectors items but as with most things, the repro market has made them readily available to those who want an olde worlde feel to their residence.
I have not posted any items for sale on this forum and will not every put anything for sale. My account was hacked and I've worked with the admin to get things shut down.
My apologies for any grief that I may have caused you. I now have a pit in my stomach and I'm really pissed off and embarrassed. I feel that I have been made a fool of.
Hello,
I might be able to help you out depending on how many you need. I could probably spare 50-75 .285g A-Frames. They are factory pulls that look like new. Let me know if you are still looking,
Thanks,
Gary
