WTB CRF 375H&H for an upcoming hunt in Chicago for mice and Norway rats with SouthSideSafari's. Haven't bagged any yet as this is my first DG hunt for these beasts. I have factory Barnes TSX in the 300grain, but some have suggested the Swift A-Frame for the big Bull Norway Rats to anchor them before they escape to the nearest dumpster.

Also considering Tetanus shots before travel. What do you guys think. Amy suggestions?

1. The .375 H&H will not fit in a current AR platform. Everyone knows if you can't shoot it in an AR it must be rubbish.

Who needs a 375 H&H AR, when you can own a 458 Win Mag AR?...

Has anyone used mathematics to prove whether a 375 is effective?

3,7 and 5 are all prime numbers. Coincidence? Maybe not.
When multiplied we get 105, this is the Fahrenheit temperature of an average dog when working a field.

If we add these numbers up we get 15, in dog years (7) we are now back to 105.

I don’t like where this is going and am going to get a slide rule and make sure no dogs are injured in this scientific pursuit.

Perhaps somebody would like to tackle the letters H & H.

"Pushing the limits" in Africa hardly ever works out well...


If you just want to spend a week in a hotel near JNB, then that's your prerogative...
