Not to mention the $200,000 right?

picky, picky picky.....Could have gone the cash deal route for the discount... but caliber and auto safety is a no no.....![]()
Got to disagree with you Cal on not "loading down." I own several "big guns" up to and including a muzzleloading 7 bore, two ML 8 bores, and a 500 A-Square, plus others. I shoot them all with less than full bore loads because they are fun to shoot that way. Why beat yourself up for no reason? And why then own them? Because they are neat guns to own. And yes, I do occasionally light off full loads for perspective.A new production POS.
I owned one of the last vintage Jeffery single shots in .600. Way too light at 11 pounds for the recoil. After two shots I sold it. Friends said to load it down. Hell, why buy a .600 if you shoot .450 loads through it? Just to say one owns a .600?
Make that $5k and counting with still 8 days to go!Another thought on this and similar "exotic" caliber rifles. Dies and components are a real issue.
Nice bat....I think @lvW is sandbagging us, he wants it so bad he cant hardly relish his vittles!
Just waiting for the price to go up!
I think just shooting it ONCE will possibly pose some risk for detaching a retina, nevermind your trigger finger? LOLIs that a knurled safety lever in front of the trigger and inside the trigger guard? Could that possibly pose some risk in contacting the trigger finger during recoil?
