Eating cats

We ate the loins from the first leopard I shot, and they were very good. We BBQ'ed them just like you would any steak. They were white meat like pork, and tasted very similar to pork, I thought. It was good enough that I had 2nds. I haven't eaten lion, but the hyenas sure seemed to enjoy it. We placed the carcass out in front of our tents, and there was quite a show that night while they all devoured the carcass.
