Custom Loading Blocks & Powder Funnels, Any Caliber

Here is a new one. Two row powder charging strip. This one is for 500 Linebaugh. Allows you to charge 15 cases, 3 cylinders full, quickly from your powder dispenser. I made one of these out of wood for 45 colt years ago and still use it often. This one is much easier to use, lighter, and functions better. Of course I can make them for any caliber.

I will draw up and print a 22-specifi funnel to go with the 22 hornet loading block I’m making. I’ll keep the neck short to work with all the different 22 Centerfire’s.

Would a long tube funnel be possible?

Possible would depend on caliber. Are you wanting a drop tube for straight wall case? What caliber?

I’m trying to avoid compression when using 4350 in my 375. A six inch tube would do I think.

I should be able to print a custom 375 funnel with a 6” drop tube and a case specific spout. It would run $20 but it would require a flat rate box which costs $17.10. Would you like anything else? There will be plenty of room in the box for other funnels or loading trays. Feel free to send me a PM if you wish.

A member here asked for a loading block and a powder funnel specific to 470 Nitro. I went ahead and drew them up for him. I can make loading blocks for any caliber. If you have an interest, let me know. I’ll make loading blocks for $25 and funnels for $10. You pick the colors you want. Shipping will be Priority flat rate mail, either a small box at $10.20 or a medium box at $17.10.

A couple of weeks ago, I put out an ad for custom caliber-specific reloading equipment, specifically powder funnels and loading trays for big bore cartridges. We all try to use what we can get or make our own stuff to load for the heavies. When I got my 3D printer in January, the first thing I made was a powder funnel for 577 because nobody makes that. Previously, I had modified a Hornady funnel for the purpose but it didn’t work very well for that purpose or any other after I modified it!

I offered to make folks whatever they wanted for little more than my own cost to help
out the community. There was such a huge amount of interest, it took nearly two weeks to make all of the orders I got in the first few days. I got most of the orders shipped this last Saturday. In the last two weeks, I was able to create an entire product line from 17 hornet to 700 NItro Express. I honestly can’t believe what I’ve been able to put together in such a short amount of time with CAD and 3D printing. A great deal of thanks goes to this forum for the support and interest you have shown in these items. I was able to buy a second printer and I am working to get these products in continuous production for sale through commercial vendors.
