I have 4 pair of Courtney boots. Selous, Safari, Brown Vellie and the Canvas Safari (Rigby). I wear a normal 11D, but all my Courtney boots are 10 wide. No comfort issues and an insert works fine, but they are loose in the toe area. I think I need a pair of the Nduna's. 
I may try a pair of the D width just to see how they fit and feel.
