Chip Hunnicutt has been named Safari Club International's Director of Marketing and Communications, effective July 8. In his role, he will oversee SCI's marketing efforts and SCI's many communications outlets.

Hunnicutt has a history of success in marketing strategy, brand positioning and communications. He joins SCI from Century Arms, where he led marketing efforts for that company's core brand in addition to Canik pistols.

Prior to his position with Century Arms, he helmed the marketing and advertising of Arcus Hunting and their category-leading brands of Tink's, Dead Down Wind, Obsession Bows and Trophy Taker. He was instrumental in expanding the traditionally youth-oriented market of Velocity Outdoors' Crosman brand to include the adult hunting market.

"I am excited to join the team at SCI and look forward to working with the organization's members and volunteers to preserve hunters' rights and the critical role hunters represent in wildlife conservation around the world," Hunnicutt said.

"We are excited to welcome Chip to our team," said SCI CEO W. Laird Hamberlin. "His knowledge and experience in both marketing and communications will help SCI fulfill its missions of protecting the freedom to hunt and promoting wildlife conservation worldwide."

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
