Actually, and not trying to be a wise-ass here, I would like to know how he paid for 100 plus African Safaris on a writers salary since I remember reading him say that he never took a free hunt.

He has to have several million invested in Africa alone.

Well its been a few years that I taught a college class, and while Dr. Slough might not answer questions for those who do not do their homework, I never had such a rule. The short version is how could CB take all these hunting trips (and one in particular that would retail about 100k) when he declared Chapter 7, when claiming he never took a free trip. The eggs are those who want to change the subject.

Does CB stick his nose into your personal finances.? Were you directly affected by his bankruptcy?

Some folks seem to relish internet drama, when at the end of the day, nothing good comes out of it.

More to the point is why anyone would eat eggs Benedict, poached eggs, eggs with fajitas, or Stargazy pie, all of which have no place in the culinary repertoire.

I have managed my finances to keep them from being a public record and hopefully I never get into the position that have to write off debt. The price you pay when you don't pay your debts is: that it all becomes public record for all the world to see. A lot he has bought upon himself. Had he said the hunt were donated, I don't think anyone would care. But I suspect, if that was said, folks might think the hunt was nothing more then a paid endorsement, I know I would.

Look up Stargazey pie . . . what are you supposed to do when such a thing is presented at the table? I don't think it's polite to throw up after eating, so I guess you have no choice but to do it before you eat . . .

Getting a traffic ticket becomes public record.

CB could have gotten hunts for $1.00, and still make the claim that he has never done a free hunt. Maybe he made bad investments or business ventures that went south. ?

What other forum has info you talk about..? I met him in Casper yrs ago and found him to be arrogant and self absorbed and looking for praise..That was enough for me..
