Can't believe that rifle will ever sell even close to $8000! It would have to have some famous pedigree to give it that high a value. Collector Firearms is well noted for overpricing their guns and rifles. I believe they went beyond all common sense on this one!

Plus 1 on the that stock finish. Do have to say the new M70 Super Grades seem to have a really nice one. Mine & the others I've seen have been done well.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell.
