Any hunts you wouldn’t do again?

also probably wouldn’t do the CBL thing again
Same for me. Did it once, no moral issues for me but it the end of all the animals I hunted that trip that one did the least for me. No regrets so to speak, learned a lot on that hunt and also about myself.

I am working quite some time on the report now and will post it sometime in the future. Maybe next year. But to answer that question, that is the hunt I would not do again.

Was stationed at YPG and liked hunting doves around the orchards. When they flooded the orchards, it drove all the rattlesnakes out, so you really had to be careful early in the morning.
When I lived in Californicate in the '80s, a group of us hunted the Yuma Indian Reservation several times on opening day/weekend. Great dove hunting! In 110F heat we'd hunt in the morning until about 1100 and then head back to the Motel 6 and eat some lunch and take a nap in the AC. We'd go back out about 1600 and when we returned after dark with our limits, we'd grill the dove breasts various ways on Hibachis that we brought. The motel even had a dove cleaning station (sinks/water/trashcans) in the parking lot. The beauty of hunting there was the fact you didn't need to buy a pricey Arizona small game nonresident license and the Indian license was only $10. Good times!

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
